The La Mesa-Spring Valley
School District (just east of City of San Diego) has an opening for a
Human Resources Analyst ($53,652 to $68,580/annual, subjected to Board approval
and negotiation). An incumbent in the position will be reporting to Director,
Classified Personnel and responsible for performing a variety of technical and
specialized functions to support the Personnel Commission and Classified Human
Resources, including conducting classification and compensation studies, and
developing and administering merit examinations. Advanced salary step
placement will be considered for applicants with additional qualifying
experience beyond what is minimally required.
